A Personal Journey to LifeLink DNA
As the founder of LifeLink DNA, my journey to this business began with a personal discovery. For most of my life, I felt disconnected from my middle name, Febisola. The name, given to my mother by a priest during a West African naming ceremony, always felt like an enigma to me. I carried it, but without a sense of connection or meaning.
Everything changed when I received my DNA ancestry results. I discovered that I am 75.8% African, with 30.8% being Nigerian, and 22% Irish. This newfound understanding gave me a deeper connection to my identity, and for the first time, I embraced my middle name, Febisola, as a meaningful part of who I am.
Febisola translates to “the one who brings wealth into the family.” This meaning now serves as my guiding principle, shaping my mission to bring value, prosperity, and knowledge into the lives of those I serve. Inspired by this experience, I launched LifeLink DNA to help others uncover their stories, connect with their roots, and navigate the complexities of family.
